TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF STOCK FROM SEW-EASY COSTUMES

SALES AGREEMENT

The Sales agreement (hereinafter called the ‘Agreement’) made between Sew-Easy Costumes, studio address 27 Queensville Road London SW12 0JL (hereinafter called the designer) and the Purchaser, AS OUTLINED IN THE ORDER FORM, EITHER ONLINE OR BY TELEPHONE constitutes agreement as follows:

TERMS OF SALE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The designer agrees to sell and the purchaser agrees to buy the costume kits/items outlined in the online ORDER FORM on the Sew-Easy Costumes website.

For telephone orders, the agreement covers those items listed or discussed at the time of order.

We do not guarantee that orders made in any other way will be fulfilled.

Payment can be made online by Paypal or by cheque for those items ordered by phone. Confirmation that payment has been approved, or in the case of cheques, has cleared by the bank must be received before goods will be dispatched.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied on the online order form. Telephone orders will be asked to supply a postal address or email address to which the confirmation can be sent.

The price of the items ordered will be those listed on the order form. This price is also listed on the website.

Credit Card details or any bank information will not be held by Sew-Easy Costumes. All order information for online orders is processed by Paypal. No bank information is held for those paying by cheque.

Small orders will be sent by Royal Mail at the earliest convenience and the cost added to the final invoice.

Every effort will be made to dispatch orders at the earliest convenience, but it must be understood that postal strike action or inclement weather are beyond the control of Sew-Easy Costumes. Therefore, it is advisable to allow 21 days for delivery in all circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with the costumes kits/items, you may return them within 14 calendar days of delivery, in the original packaging and in saleable condition for a full refund. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

QUALITY CONTROL AND WARRANTY

The designer shall warrant that the costume kits shall be free of defect and suitable for construction by the purchaser.

Items that do not reach expectations of quality, may be returned in original packaging for refund.

In all areas of quality control, the designer requests to be informed of the exact complaint to ensure that the defect is rectified.

Please telephone Sew-Easy Costumes on 0208 674 6225 to let us know to expect a return. Please post the item to be returned to 27 Queensville Road London SW12 0JL. The postage for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please quote your order number reference in any communication with Sew-Easy Costumes relating to refund or returns.

The cloth and components of the kit must not in any way have been cut or tampered with for a refund to be achieved.

Items that have been sent in error can be returned for a refund but again must not have been cut into or tampered with. They must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

It is possible that some kits may be despatched for delivery without the full set of components. In the event that this should occur, the designer will despatch replacement components without the purchaser incurring any shipping costs.

The designer may at any time cancel any designs and withdraw then from sale. In the event that this should affect any orders awaiting despatch, payment shall be returned in full.

If there are any circumstances unforeseen or beyond our reasonable control that arise to affect the sale and purchase of the costume kits/items, we will contact you by email or telephone, whichever has been supplied on the order form, at the first opportunity.
